 Q: Where do you ship from?

 A: We ship from our facility located in Ontario, Canada.

 Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?

 A: It usually takes 1-3 business days for all orders to arrive.

 Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

 A: It usually takes between 1-2 days.

 Q: Where can I place an order from?

 A: You can place the order from Canada only.

 Q: Is shipping free?

 A: For every order, standard shipping is free; However, for two-day shipping or One-day shipping, charges may apply.

 Q: Where is the company located?

 A: The company is in Ontario, Canada.

 Q: Which currency will I be charged in?

 A: We process all orders in CAD. While the content of the cart is displayed in CAD Dollars only. You will checkout using CAD at the most current exchange rate.

 Q: Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

 A: Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you don’t receive one within 24 hours.
